Healthy-ish Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies (in the air fryer)
I found a version of this recipe on Instagram and have literally been making them once a week since! I made a few adjustments to the original recipe to make it easier and without any waste. They are absolutely delicious, great for dessert or a mid-day snack 🙂
Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup oats
2 tbsp (melted) coconut oil or avocado oil
2 tbsp any kind of milk (I prefer oat or almond)
2 tsp baking powder
Handful of chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
A few dashes of cinnamon depending on your preference
- Mix banana, oats, coconut oil, milk, baking powder in a bowl with a fork to mash the banana
- Add chocolate chips and cinnamon, mix
- Separate into 4 cookies on parchment paper in the air fryer, add more chocolate chips on top (optional)
- Bake in air fryer at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes or in the oven for 10-11 minutes
- Let rest for 10 min and enjoy!
